Internship at Playing for Success Eindhoven

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for interns who would like to work with children between the ages of 9 and 14 and who want to help them improve their performance in relation to their own ability! We are looking for a real team player because you work in a team with many different interns from different courses. We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated interns who can also pass this on to the children. We are looking for you!

What do we offer?

We offer an internship in a friendly team where almost nothing is too crazy. We offer a lot of space to develop yourself, which is already experienced as very pleasant by many interns. When you do an internship with us, you can immediately start working with the children. The purpose of this is; the more you do yourself, the faster you learn. Good guidance is self-evident.

What are your duties as an intern?

As an intern you guide your own group of about 4 children. With this group you have conversations and you set a learning goal for the children. You work solution-oriented and approach the child by naming what he can do and not what he cannot yet do. You write an evaluation report for each child on a daily basis and participate in intervision with colleagues in which different situations are brought up. You will work on this for a period of 12 weeks. You are involved in the preparation, implementation and evaluation of activities. Beforehand, you think of interventions that you will perform with the child and you will also justify them. You are the point of contact for the children but also for the parents when they come and collect children.
